The date for nominations for the BuyAbility Above & Beyond Awards 2021 will be announced closer to May 2021!

BuyAbility is all about making sure Social Enterprises across Australia thrive and we know that a huge part of their success is their people. The BuyAbility Above and Beyond Awards celebrate the achievements of people with disability in their workplaces.

How will Judging work?

Initially, the nominees will be competing in their state or territory. A panel of BuyAbility team members will choose a maximum of six (6) finalists per state and territory.

The finalists will be uploaded to the BuyAbility Facebook page and there will be one week for people to vote for the nominee(s) they think have best gone above and beyond in their work. Votes for finalists will be judged on the number of ‘likes’ a photo receives. ‘Likes’ on shared photos will also be added.

Once a winner from each state and territory has been determined they will become the super finalists. An independent judging panel will review the super finalists and determine the overall winner.

What are the prizes?

The winner from each state and territory will receive a $50 Coles Group & Myer Gift Card.

The overall winner will receive an iPad.

What are the key dates?

Drawn from the nominations, State and territory finalists will be announced and their photos uploaded to Facebook. Voting for the state and territory finalists commences 27 May 2019 and  will close at 5:00pm 3 June 2019. State and territory winners will be announced on the week of 10 June 2019. An independent judging panel will determine the overall winner and the announcement will occur on 20 June 2019.
