Wallara Logistics has launched a leading hands initiative, promoting Supported Employees who have a great work ethic, to greater levels of responsibility. The promotion will include a wage increase, training in a ten week leadership course and a peer mentoring role among their work mates.
The initiative aims to recognise the leadership abilities of Wallara employees and enhance their employment skills. Wallara will soon be extending this exciting initiative across all their employment services.
