McCallum is a long‑standing disability support organisation providing supported accommodation, day programs (group), one‑to‑one support and supported employment opportunities across Western Victoria.
Since 1953, McCallum has supported people with disability to build skills, independence and community connection.
McCallum Enterprises is Western Victoria’s largest social enterprise employing people with disability. It operates a diverse range of commercial businesses including commercial laundry, packaging, timber manufacturing, landscaping, recycling services and two Victorian Container Deposit Scheme depots.
Together, these enterprises provide meaningful, supported employment for more than 200 people with disability across the region.
